The Denver Nuggets defeated the Los Angeles Lakers 132-126 in Game 3 of their Western Conference semifinals series on Tuesday night in Denver.
The Nuggets entered the contest with a 6-0 record at home during the postseason while the Lakers had stolen road wins in Game 1 of each of their previous two series.
Denver took control of the game in the third quarter, outscoring the Lakers 37-22. Nikola Jokic led the way for the Nuggets with 30 points, 12 rebounds, and 8 assists. Jamal Murray added 26 points and 7 assists.
LeBron James led the Lakers with 30 points, 10 rebounds, and 6 assists. Anthony Davis added 23 points and 12 rebounds.
The series now shifts to Los Angeles for Game 4 on Thursday night.
